1. Process & Deadlines

For the upcoming High Holidays we are using a seat request process that will allow members to select and reserve seats of their choice.

This will be done in BOTH minyanim – Social Hall and the Main Sanctuary.

There will be two registration periods:

  1. Aug. 1 - Aug.20  for permanent seat holders. Deadline Passed
  2. Aug. 21 - Sep. 25 for general registration. OPENS 10:00 AM AUGUST 21

Non-permanent seats cost $125 for members and $360 for non-members.

Process Details:

  • All seats in the Social Hall will be marked as "Open" on the Seat Map. All permanent seats in the Main Sanctuary will begin as "Reserved" on the Seat Map.
  • Permanent seat owners will have through August 20 to register online OR contact the office to confirm the use of their seats. After August 20, permanent seats not "Taken" will be changed to "Open" and become available for general registration.
  • General registration begins  Aug. 21. Anyone may register online or contact the office to renew their membership and request their 1st and 2nd choice of specific seats marked as "Open" on the seat map.
  • ONCE each day between Aug. 21 and Sep. 25, the seat maps will be updated and seats that have been assigned will be changed to "Taken".
  • Finalized seat maps will be available for viewing on Sep. 30 and printed for the lobby.
  • We thank you in advance for understanding that it is not possible to fully accommodate all requests.

If you wish to daven in the Social Hall, use this Social Hall Seat Map to identify available seats. The link will open a new page on your web browser. After noting your first and second choice of seats you will return here to fill out the Seat Request Form in Step 4.

NOTE - You will need to adjust your screen Zoom setting or scroll side to side to view the entirety of the map- there is no setting that will automatically look perfect on every type of screen or mobile device.

Main Sanctuary-

If you wish to daven in the Main Sanctuary, use one of these 3 Seat Maps to identify available seats. The links will open a new page on your web browser. After noting your first and second choice of seats you will return here to fill out the Seat Request Form in Step 4.

NOTE - You will need to adjust your screen Zoom setting or scroll side to side to view the entirety of the map- there is no setting that will automatically look perfect on every type of screen or mobile device.

4. Seat Request Form

There is a lag-time between requesting seats and being assigned a seat. The Seat Maps are updated daily and are reasonably accurate, but do not guarantee 100% real-time availability.

If a requested 1st or 2nd choice seat is no longer available an algorithm will assign a different seat based on proximity to the request, previous year's seating records, and maintaining seats in the same family as close as possible within a section.

Non-permanent seats cost $125 for members and $360 for non-members. You will be able to select the seats using this form and then pay for your seats using the link below in step 5.

NOTE - You must enter your name
